Systems Engineering
Keeps the satellite as a whole coherent.
Systems Engineering holds the satellite together as one machine. We own the requirements, the interfaces between every other team and the mass, power and data budgets, and we are the ones who notice when two good solutions do not fit each other. The work is equal parts technical review, documentation and asking the questions nobody else has asked yet.
